Over the last 30 years we have hosted more than 100 apprentices.
We go the extra mile to make sure that we are not only supporting apprentices in the first stage of their career, but making an investment in the leaders of the future.
Further to standard apprenticeship programme, we expect our apprentices to participate in standard employee occupational health and safety activities, as well as a dedicated training and awareness programme which includes monthly meetings and personal work health and safety plans.
All apprentices are given the opportunity to enhance their skills by achieving additional licences and accreditation such as fork lift driving, working at heights, rigging, confined space, fire fighting, senior first aid, electrical tag and test and team leadership.
We were honoured to be recognised by receiving the Group Training Association of NSW & ACT Large Host Employer of the Year Award in 2012.
Apprentice recruitment is facilitated through Programmed – to find out more or lodge an expression of interest please visit their website here.
