Our Recruitment Process

We aim to recruit quality people through a fair and open process.

When positions are available they will be under the Current Vacancies section of our website.

When an opportunity is available, we will advertise vacancies directly or with the assistance of Beilby Consulting.

Each advertised vacancy will detail the specific application instructions. In all instances applicants must provide a covering letter addressing the specific selection criteria detailed in the job advertisement, with an up-to-date resume outlining their skills, qualifications and employment history.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive acknowledgement of your application by automated response or by email. 

Some advertised positions attract an overwhelming interest, therefore we ask you to be patient during the initial stages of our review process.

Once applications close, the recruitment process can include, in any particular order, the following stages:

  • Shortlisting
  • Phone Interviews
  • Psychometric Testing
  • Formal Behavioural Interviews
  • Pre-employment Medical
  • Background and Criminal History Checks
  • Reference Checks
  • 2nd Round Interviews
  • Offer of Employment

Any unsuccessful applicants will be notified formally by email.
